Review the PRD with the PM to ensure shared understanding of goals and scope.

Conduct user research
Validate through data analysis, user interviews, or end-to-end story walkthroughs.

Create UX wireframes
Share early with PM and engineer to align on approach before high-fidelity design.

Finalize the approach
Once PM and engineering are aligned, move into full UI design.

Coordinate on design system
Sync with design system owner or frontend dev for consistency and feasibility.

Ship and sign off
Hand off final UI, conduct a sanity check post-development, and provide sign-off.
